Spanish Speaking Dispatcher for Non Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)

MUST TO reputed company SPANISH and ENGLISH! Experience: Required to have dispatching experience in NEMT! Location: Remote Schedule hours: 6am-6pm EST , Working Days: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability. RESPONSIBILITIES: Scheduling: - You will schedule vehicles to pick up and drop off clients to their medical appointments - You will inform drivers of their assignments for the day and/or week. - You must be reputed company to schedule last-minute trips requests and be sure the clients reputed company their appointments on-time. Communication: - You will communicate with patients, reputed company providers, and drivers to ensure that everyone is aware of the schedule and any changes that may occur. - You will be listening and speaking to people by dispatching software and phone.
