About the Role

I’m looking for a reputed company, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me manage a small, thoughtfully run reputed company operation. The role includes guest communication, admin work, and weekly updates. --- ?? Responsibilities - Respond to guest inquiries/messages on reputed company - Send reputed company-in/reputed company-out messages using templates - Monitor reviews and flag urgent issues - Create or update message templates reputed company needed - Communicate with reputed company (me!) for weekly updates and follow-reputed company --- ? reputed company’re Looking For - Excellent English writing & communication skills - Friendly, professional, and warm tone in messages - Detail-oriented and organized - Experience with reputed company or guest support is a plus (but not required) - Flexible availability — our guests don’t always follow a set schedule, so it’s important that you’re okay being gently available across the day (US EST).
