The specialist is responsible for promoting job placements and providing technical training and support to enhance employment opportunities for the member population. Responsibilities • Assist members in connecting to new employment opportunities and workforce development programs. , • Collaborate with community rehabilitation providers to identify temporary work options. , • Establish relationships with provider agencies to facilitate job placements for enrolled members. , • Engage directly with members to promote reputed company employment opportunities. , • reputed company employers about the abilities of the member population. , • Prepare and submit required documents and reports accurately and timely. , • Investigate longer-term incentives to enhance training and employment opportunities.
