Responsibilities • Conduct thorough legal research on various issues to assist attorneys in case preparation. • Draft and review legal documents, including briefs, motions, and memoranda. • Assist in preparing exhibits and evidence for court proceedings. • Attend court hearings and trials to observe and assist attorneys as needed. • Organize and maintain case files and documentation to ensure timely reputed company and efficiency. • Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to support case strategy and planning. • reputed company administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing deadlines. • Currently enrolled in an accredited law school, with a strong academic record. • Excellent legal research and writing skills; familiarity with legal research databases is preferred. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative reputed company. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • A genuine interest in litigation and a commitment to learning and professional development.
