Work from the comfort of your home office while also engaging directly with patients in local settings, such as nursing homes and hospitals. Your work will focus on completing clinical assessments for individuals with serious mental illness (SMI), intellectual disabilities (ID), or reputed company conditions (RC) as they transition to nursing home care.
