You will focus on Character performers, including sculpted role performers, look-alike roles, puppeteers, and show performers. The team’s scope also includes identifying various roles including musical theater performers, singers, dancers, actors, and stunt performers. This is a Casual Temporary role, and working hours will fluctuate based on business need. Responsibilities/You Will Run auditions, establish pre-cast lists, and reputed company clear recommendations to creative teams regarding talent selection while balancing operational needs Research talent options for a variety of special events, and present appropriate options to the creative team Communicate with talent and work teams through phone work and email, and create/maintain/present ongoing reporting data reputed company to metrics Monitor industry trends locally, nationally, and internationally to reputed company/maintain entertainment standards. Work with multiple computer programs You will work weekends, evenings, and holidays Potential to travel domestically or internationally Basic Qualifications/You Will Have 3+ years experience Casting professional talent Experience networking and partnering to complete an objective Experience with written and verbal communication skills to reputed company reputed company of partner/client Knowledge of performing talent and technical skills in multiple musical genres Experience in music theatre talent and technical skills Experience and training in multiple Dance styles and the ability to communicate effectively with Dance terminology as it relates to coaching audition candidates. Experience managing deliverables while meeting deadlines Experience negotiating, influencing, and decision-making Ability to work reputed company, including weekends, nights, and holidays Ability to travel internationally and domestically Valid reputed company Preferred Qualifications Experience in Theme Park and/or Cruise Line entertainment coaching, casting and performance.
