Responsibilities Responsible for accurate data entry of incoming prescriptions, if required Responsible for accurate selecting billing and shipping methods for incoming patient orders Customer service coverage for incoming calls and directing incoming calls to appropriate staff as needed Document patient reported information into TherigySTM Provides resolution to customer service issues to ensure member satisfaction Work with members to reputed company resolution to payment reputed company issues on accounts/orders Maintain and reputed company reasonable production as determined by supervisor May assist in orienting and training new employees Responsible for completing reputed company mandatory and regulatory training programs reputed company other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Attendance Requirements: Must be available, and on-time for scheduled work shifts. Must be reputed company to work nights and weekends, as required. Educational Requirements: Minimum: High School Diploma or GED Preferred: Pharmacy technician or reputed company certification Experience: Experience in a customer service-reputed company field Preferred: 6-12 months experience as a pharmacy technician Required (Mississippi Employees): Registered with the State of Mississippi as a Pharmacy Technician Special Conditions of Employment: Drug test Initial and reputed company exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring Any and reputed company additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position Compensation $15.84-17.69 per hour.
