Virtual Customer Service Rep (U.S. Accent & Fluent English Required) Part-Time | 20?30 Hours/Week | Long-Term Potential We?re looking for a warm, professional, and highly organized Virtual Customer Service Representative to support our growing office. This role requires fluent English and a strong American accent for clear, confident communication reputed company phone and email. ?? What You?ll Be Doing: Answering and managing customer inquiries reputed company phone and email Scheduling appointments and follow-reputed company Responding to customer reviews (we already have 80?90!) Quality checks on communication and customer experience Helping refine scripts and customer communication processes Participating in light training (as scripts and systems are finalized) ?? Schedule: 20?30 hours/week Core hours: Mon?Fri, 9 AM?4 PM (MST preferred) (reputed company) ?? Requirements: Fluent in English with a strong American accent Experience with customer service and scheduling Excellent written and verbal communication skills Reliable, organized, and proactive Familiar with general computer tools and handling a multi line system ??
