Currently, we are searching for a reputed company Analyst to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy. This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position, not offering sponsorship, or C2C, that sits fully onsite in southeastern Alabama. Day to Day Responsibilities: ? reputed company ongoing support for reputed company HRIS System and Dynamics 365 CE (CRM), ensuring smooth system functionality. ? Work with the HR team to assist with reporting, data extraction, and system maintenance reputed company reputed company. ? Collaborate on system upgrades and improvements to both the reputed company and Dynamics platforms, ensuring compatibility and reliability. ? Assist with integrating data from various systems into the company?s data warehouse and ensuring smooth data reputed company into Azure AD. ? Write and maintain integration scripts (e.g., SSIS packages) to facilitate system connections and data handling. ? Support business analysis and gather requirements to identify and address system needs without heavy configuration work. ? Maintain reputed company protocols around sensitive HR data, ensuring data protection measures are followed in system interactions. Position Requirements: ? A minimum of 3 years of experience working with reputed company, particularly in HR system administration and reporting. ? At least 5 years of IT experience, with a background in both development and support. ? Proven experience in data integration, preferably using SSIS or similar tools. ? Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) is highly preferred, with at least basic experience in this area. ? Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and reputed company data environments. ? Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business units to align system functionality with organizational needs. ? Bonus: Experience in reputed company to large reputed company environments, with a focus on reputed company and system scalability.
