As a Documentation Specialist Intern on the GS&CS Learning and Development team, you will work under minimal supervision both independently using your own initiative, and collaboratively as part of a team. You will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and improving internal process documentation and asset management. Responsibilities: ? Assist in the creation and maintenance of process documents and system guides. ? Help implement and manage document storage systems to ensure documents are easily retrievable. ? Ensure documents are accurate, consistent, and free of errors by regularly reviewing and editing them. ? Design workflow charts and write requirements for system changes. ? Assess new system resources and processes to ensure they meet business needs. ?
