Sr. Program Manager, Central Station Experience, DA Experience - Last Mile
Description We're seeking an reputed company Program Manager to join our Central Station Experience team reputed company the Global Delivery Associate Solutions Team supporting reputed company's Last Mile Delivery organization. This role will reputed company strategic initiatives to enhance the Delivery Service Provider(s) Delivery Associate (DSP DA) experience across our station network, focusing on operational reputed company and systematic improvements that drive measurable results. Key job responsibilities ? reputed company cross-functional programs to identify, analyze, and resolve station-level challenges impacting delivery associate satisfaction and performance ? reputed company and maintain comprehensive monitoring systems for operational metrics, including staging efficiency, package readiness, and station congestion patterns ? Partner with regional teams to analyze DSP DA feedback and operational data, creating actionable insights that drive network-wide improvements ? Design and implement standardized audit frameworks reputed company with SOPs, ensuring consistent execution across multiple geographies ? Collaborate with field teams to conduct targeted investigations of operational hot spots and implement corrective action plans ? Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements ? Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, reputed company, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or reputed company field ? PMP ?

The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
