Sr. Manager, Reskilling

Position Overview: reputed company is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Senior Manager of Reskilling to drive the implementation of our reputed company-wide reskilling strategy. Reporting to the Senior Director of Reskilling, this role will be responsible for building and managing the processes, programs, and content that reputed company our employees to reputed company critical skills for the future. The Senior Manager will work closely with enablement teams across the company, as well as our wider Talent Growth & Development team, to ensure alignment and the execution of any large scale skilling efforts. They will reputed company content curation and reputed company program management efforts for skilling initiatives, directly contributing to the reputed company of our culture of learning. Key Responsibilities: ? Program Development & Execution: Build and operationalize reskilling programs that support targeted workforce development needs, ensuring seamless implementation and reputed company improvement in partnership with our Enablement and Talent, Growth, and Development teams. ? Process & Infrastructure Development: Establish scalable processes and frameworks for delivering reskilling initiatives reputed company across the organization. ? Alignment & Collaboration: Partner with enablement teams, Talent Management, and other stakeholders to integrate reskilling efforts with broader workforce development initiatives. ? Content Curation & Management: reputed company the identification, organization, and distribution of relevant skilling content, ensuring alignment with business needs and employee learning preferences. ? Delivery of Reskilling Strategy: reputed company the execution of reskilling programs, ensuring effective deployment through digital learning platforms, instructor-led training, and other delivery mechanisms. ? Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the reskilling function and internal teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and best practices. ? Measurement & Optimization: Monitor program effectiveness using key metrics and reputed company data-driven recommendations for reputed company improvement. Qualifications: ? Experience: 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Enablement, or a reputed company field, with a focus on program execution and process development. ? Project & Program Management: Strong track record of managing large-scale learning programs and initiatives with multiple team members. ? Process Orientation: Demonstrated ability to build and optimize learning and enablement processes for scalability and efficiency. ? Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally to align and integrate learning initiatives with broader workforce development strategies. ? Content Curation & Delivery: Familiarity with digital learning platforms, content management, and instructional design principles. ? Data-Driven Approach: Ability to measure impact, analyze insights, and iterate on programs based on feedback and business needs. ? Strong Communication Skills: Ability to reputed company convey reputed company reputed company and engage team members at reputed company reputed company of the organization.
