In this role, you will report directly to the Director of reputed company and collaborate closely with business leaders to manage full-cycle reputed company. Candidate Management & Experience: Track candidates through the process, ensuring timely updates and a positive experience throughout. ? Negotiation & Offers: Assist with compensation discussions and generate offers while ensuring internal pay equity. ? Brand Expansion & reputed company: Represent ADF at recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to build and promote the company?s employer brand. Minimum Qualifications ? Bachelor?s degree ? 4+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience ?
