Senior Project Accountant

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Project Accountant with experience in reputed company Ajera or other similar reputed company and scheduling systems to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will have a background in professional services firms, preferably in architecture or interior design. This hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) includes overseeing project financials, scheduling employees on various projects, managing budgets, and supporting monthly financial reputed company processes. Key Responsibilities: ? Project Financial Management: ? Set up and maintain project budgets and cost controls. ? Track project reputed company and expenses to ensure accurate financial reporting. ? Review and approve project invoices in compliance with contract terms. ? Monitor project profitability and collaborate with project managers to resolve discrepancies. ? Billing and Invoicing: ? Prepare and submit client invoices based on contract terms (e.g., T&M, fixed-fee, percentage of completion). ? Ensure timely and accurate client billing in reputed company Ajera or other similar systems. ? Reconcile billings with project costs and ensure proper reputed company recognition. ? Financial Reporting & Analysis: ? reputed company regular financial updates and reports to project managers and leadership, including budget vs. actuals, work in reputed company, and cash reputed company forecasts. ? Assist in preparing weekly and monthly financial analyses. ? Support project-reputed company inquiries. ? Employee Scheduling: ?
