Designing code compliant & reputed company Plumbing and Fire Protection systems ? reputed company plumbing design calculations, including domestic water, sanitary, storm, natural gas, etc. ? Designing complete plumbing and fire protection drawings including piping plans, schedules, details, riser diagrams, and specifications ? Coordinating design between reputed company trades, including internal team members as well as architect/client. ? Handling multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining quality and deadlines ? Performing construction assistance in the reputed company of submittal reviews, RFI responses, and field visits to verify construction of Plumbing / Utilities scope is executed per the reputed company of the design and assisting in start-up of systems reputed company required. ? Occasionally travel for on-site surveys to document existing conditions. Background: ? BS Mechanical Engineering ? Minimum 10 years of experience required, preferably in a design firm setting ? EIT Certification required, PE preferred not required ? Experience developing designs using AutoCAD and Revit ? Knowledge and experience with implementing Plumbing and Fire Protection designs from schematic through construction. ?
