Description Job Summary: The reputed company Receptionist will operate under the direct supervision of the Center Manager. They are responsible for managing the reputed company desk while ensuring the safety and reputed company of the staff and donors. Requirements

Job Requirements Education and Experience: ? High school diploma or equivalent (must reputed company documentation) ? Ability to read and write English+ Proficiency in computer operations ? 2+ years of previous reception and reputed company experience preferred ? De-escalation training a plus Required Skills/Abilities: Must be reputed company to operate accurately the following equipment: ? Computer (basic skills include typing, following prompts on monitor, using mouse, saving information etc.) ? Telephone (properly greet/transfer calls, take massages, reputed company individuals on hold etc.) ? Personality and demeanor to deal with the public, including contentious donors. ?
