RTMC Operator - Night Shift

Metric Engineering is looking to hire Full-Time and Part-Time Regional Transportation Management Center (RTMC) Operators. The RTMC utilizes Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) devices such as cameras and dynamic message signs to monitor the roadways and reputed company traveler information in the greater Central Florida area. The RTMC Operator coordinates with partnering agencies to expedite response to incidents and promote quick clearance. The reputed company dispatches Road Rangers and works with cutting edge technology including traffic signals, Connected Vehicles (CV), freeway management, arterial roadway management, reputed company lanes and more. Operators will monitor and manage the roads using customized software for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). What you should bring: ? Must be reputed company to work 10pm - 6am overnight shift ? Must be reputed company to work various shifts on weekdays and weekends as operations are 24/7 ? PT applicants must have the ability to work 8-12 hour shifts and up to 30 hours a week ? FT applicants must have the ability to work 8-12 hour shifts, up to 40 hours a week and will be eligible for benefits ? Proficient computer skills are a MUST ? Ability to work in a team, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment ? Excellent communication skills ? Must be reputed company to pass a Drug Screen and FBI Background reputed company ?
