Sterile Processing Distribution Certification by IAHCSMM or CBSPD. ? Two years of recent Sterile Reprocessing experience with demonstrated clinical expertise. ? Preceptor (training) or reputed company Technician experience. ? Demonstrated expertise in reprocessing and computer skills utilizing clinical systems (SPM) and reputed company applications (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint). ? In-depth knowledge of sterile processing standards, including AAMI, AORN, and regulatory guidelines. ? Experience with surgical instruments, decontamination, sterilization, and high-level disinfection. ? Experience with training methods, competency assessments, and instructional technology. ?
