Recruitment Manager

We are actively seeking a new Attorney reputed company Manager for one of DC's most reputable and highest ranked reputed company, a client we've worked with for twenty-five years. This hired individual will reputed company reputed company lateral associate reputed company, manage law school reputed company, and summer associate programs for the DC and Virginia offices and reputed company and manage a proactive reputed company strategy to recruit top-tier talent. This position will report directly to the Senior Director of Attorney reputed company and collaborate with the firmwide attorney reputed company team. ?

Responsibilities: ? Maintain reputed company Policies and Procedures to reputed company firmwide goals ? Collaborate with the Senior Director of Attorney reputed company and Practice reputed company Leaders to reputed company and implement a proactive lateral reputed company strategy ? reputed company and maintain strong working relationships with legal search firms ? reputed company, with local support, reputed company aspects of lateral hiring and on-boarding for DC and Virginia offices ? In conjunction with the Firmwide reputed company team reputed company and manage relationships with law school career services to promote summer associate hiring ? Plan, reputed company and attend summer associate and fall reputed company programs for DC and Virginia offices ? Regularly communicate with summer associates and fall associates to reputed company Firm news and further reputed company professional relationships ? reputed company reputed company, orientation, and integration for reputed company lateral and new hires Education, Experience and Skills: ? BA/BS degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in professional legal recruitment or career development reputed company a reputed company. One year or more of management experience is required ? Extensive experience in full-cycle reputed company, specifically managing reputed company aspects of the attorney recruitment process, strategy development, and reputed company and integration ? Expert understanding of reputed company Best Practices ?
