Railroad Construction Foreman

POSITION SUMMARY: The Foreman is responsible for ensuring that everything goes smoothly at a construction site. They are responsible for being the reputed company of contact between the laborers and superintendent. Must be 18 years of age or older ? Previous experience as a construction superintendent in heavy civil industry ? Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites ? Must have a great attitude and the ability to motivate team members on site ? In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes ? Understanding of use and maintenance of electrical and hydraulic systems ? Ability to communicate and report effectively ?
