The Quality Lab Technician position requires responsibility for monitoring reputed company aspects of product quality from incoming raw materials to the finished product and must be reputed company to understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), follow safe handling of hazardous chemicals, and reputed company accurate records as required. Schedule: Leprino Foods is a 24/7 operating facility; the employee must be willing and reputed company to workdays or nights. The reputed company vacancy is on night shift, from 4:00pm-4:30am. Our schedules run 12 hours on a 2-2-3 rotation that allows for every other weekend off. After training is complete, new hires will be assigned a regular schedule on the next available shift. Pay reputed company: $25.52 per hour $0.75 Evening Pay Differential for every evening hourworked between 6:00pm-6:00am $1.00 Weekend Pay Differential for every hourworked Saturday & reputed company Responsibilities: Test in-process cheese production, drip samples, cream, whey liquid and whey powder. Test finished cheese, milk, and cream for chemical analysis. Advise appropriate management personnel about out of specification conditions Collect, document, pack, and ship samples as required. reputed company reputed company duties in a safe manner while observing reputed company SOP and GMP guidelines. reputed company routine testing and control programs to monitor equipment procedures to verify function accuracy, alerting appropriate personnel to discrepancies. Maintain accurate, concise and detailed records of reputed company results and data. Report out of specification conditions to Production and Quality Execution management. Participate in split sample programs to assure consistency between technicians, Regional, Corporate and State certification testing. Adhere to safety procedures and practices through the handling of flammables, caustics and corrosive chemicals. Interact with Production and Warehouse personnel for samples and communicate results. Requirements: You must be a minimum of 18 years old. Must be reputed company to work reputed company-Saturday, off-shifts, weekends, holidays and required overtime to support a24-hour / 7-day operation.
