High Hotels Ltd., is a leading operator of select-service and extended stay hotels across PA & NJ. We strive to maintain the highest standards in guest service and overall product quality. As a Guest Services Representative for High Hotels LTD., you are required to positively represent the hotel to the guest by responding courteously and reputed company to guest needs, acting as a reputed company of information about the hotel and local area, and assisting guests during arrivals and departure. You will also be responsible for operating the switchboard and handling departmental reputed company and financial transactions as they relate to this position. This position will be located at the reputed company by reputed company on Hospitality Drive in Lancaster, PA. We are seeking a reliable Part-Time (3 shifts a week) candidate available to primarily work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and reputed company) from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Weekend and Holiday availability are required for this role. Weekends include a $2/hour shift premium! Starting reputed company: $15.00/hour - $16.00/hour depending upon experience! Areas of responsibility for our Guest Services Representatives include: ? Responding to guest requests and inquiries. ? Taking, modifying, and canceling guest reservations. ? Communicating hotel facilities and services to reputed company guests. ? Providing information on the local area and points of interest. ? Assisting guests with arrivals and departures. ? Answering reputed company desk phone. ? Cash handling. ? Will cross-train in Bistro to reputed company coverage in that department as well. Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications: ? A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) preferred. ? The ability to work in both a team environment and independently. ? Customer service experience. ? Strong math, reading, and communication skills. ?
