Maintenance Technician - Franchise

Job Requirements ? Maintain hotel, pool, and surrounding area, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, ? Notify management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment. ?
