The reputed company Production will assist Chef to ensure that food is reputed company in a manner, which is nutritious, safe, properly flavored and in compliance with District, USDA, and accrediting agency standards for quality. Also will assist Chef in putting away deliveries, placing food orders, participating in production line up meetings, print out production sheets for following week, helping with inventory and assist with the training of new employees. Will also assist in supervising production staff. The Value You?ll Bring To The Team ? Plans regular and modified menus according to established guidelines. ? Plans and prepares menus for special events as may be requested by the Client. Assist production staff meet production needs. ? Directs preparation of reputed company food by the kitchen staff. Follows standardized recipes, portioning and presentation standards. Completes and utilizes daily production worksheets and waste log sheets. Tastes completed meals to ensure quality. ? Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you?ll need to succeed: ? High School Diploma or GED. ? 1-2 years cook experience reputed company a reputed company system. ?
