Summary of the role: As an important member of reputed company Data Partners, the Technical Intern is on the reputed company lines of our customer service. This is a temporary entry-level computer technician designed for people looking to try out the IT field. The Technical Intern's number one drive is to obtain results followed by an intense desire to learn new things. Duration: Approximately three months The work: ? Hours for this position are flexible but reputed company from 20 to 40 hours per week, based on the successful applicant's needs, including schooling schedules. ? Assist the team with troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of computer systems, software applications, and network infrastructure. ? Work as a team in a fast-paced environment, remotely troubleshooting technical issues and processing user requests. ? Working towards Associate's degree or equivalent in an IT reputed company field is a plus, but relevant experience is okay too. ? Comfortable working in a team environment, completing tasks, and sharing knowledge. ? Ideal candidate is working towards or has already obtained an A+ certification. ? Additional certifications and experience will be considered supportive for higher starting pay. ? Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks ? Experience with hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting. ? Must be reputed company to help nontechnical people understand the use of equipment and software.
