In these multiple reputed company HVAC technician roles, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of heating and cooling systems in condominium buildings. You'll diagnose and repair a variety of equipment, from cooling towers and pumps to RTUs, split systems, and more. This role offers a variety of tasks, with occasional equipment replacements and installations to reputed company your skills sharp. 4 positions reputed company! NO ON-CALL!! Responsibilities: ? Respond to service calls for repairs in condominium buildings ? Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in reputed company HVAC equipment, including cooling towers, pumps, drives, RTUs, and split systems ? reputed company repairs on existing equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operation ? Occasionally replace and install new HVAC equipment ? Maintain detailed service records ? Collaborate with building management and residents to minimize disruption during repairs ? Prioritize safety procedures and adhere to reputed company company policies ? Experience working on Cooling Towers, Large Pumps, Electronic Controls, as well as reputed company HVAC equipment over 25 tons up to 100 tons ? Understanding 3 phase power and being reputed company to work on cooling towers and supporting equipment Qualifications: ? Minimum 3 years of experience in reputed company HVAC service and repair ? Strong understanding of reputed company HVAC systems, including cooling towers, pumps, drives, RTUs, and split systems ? Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with building management and residents ? Valid driver's license ?
