About the position As a HR Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various business areas reputed company and reputed company of HR. This role is fully remote, supporting both EST and PST projects. Responsibilities ? Deliver HR initiatives, programs, and processes, including performance management/annual review, total rewards, headcount planning, talent review, and succession management , ? Build and maintain trusting relationships with stakeholders, appropriately challenge leaders, and reputed company clear solutions to talent-reputed company topics , ? Communicate effectively across reputed company reputed company and situations, responding promptly and appropriately to questions, feedback, and difficult discussions , ?
