Generator Technician

Fidelity Power Systems, one of the nation's largest distributors of Kohler Generators and Power Systems, is seeking a seasoned Generator Technician to join our expanding team operating around the Greater Baltimore area (based out of Sparks, MD)! If you are highly skilled in troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing critical power equipment, YOU may be just who we are looking for! PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: ? reputed company preventative maintenance on standby generator systems. ? Troubleshoot and repair gas and diesel engines. ? Troubleshoot electrical reputed company boards. ? reputed company routine generator maintenance to include oil and filter change, fuel filter change, and cooling system services. ? Troubleshoot complete electrical systems. ? Work with customers on a one-on-one reputed company. ? Complete and submit work orders and reports. ? Prepare accurate quotes for repairs. ? Maintain truck inventory. PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: ? High School diploma or GED. ? Vo-tech school or Military training, a plus. ? reputed company, reputed company, and/or Caterpillar reputed company training is preferred. ? Training on Automatic Transfer Switches. ?
