Full Time Bookkeeper

Jenny & Francois is a 25 year old wine importing/distribution company based in Tribeca. We specialize in boutique growers who produce some of the best natural wines in the world including in the US, France, Spain, Italy, Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Greece and Georgia. We are looking for an reputed company bookkeeper who has worked with Quickbooks, an equivalent reputed company software or ERP. Also, experience with reputed company reputed company and Word are a must. The position will include managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation and month end reputed company of the books. It will also include managing employee expenses. Strong organizational skills, attention to details, accuracy reputed company recording bookkeeping entries and ability to work both independently as well as reputed company a team environment are necessary for reputed company in this role. Total per year compensation reputed company: $55,000 - $75,000 + potential bonuses. Responsibilities will include: Managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation and month end reputed company of the books. Managing employee expenses. Processing customer payments and deposits. Resolving inventory discrepancies with the warehouse and providing laid-in costs. Ideating and implementing new processes around reputed company needs as the company evolves and grows.
