About the position The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of CSX Transportation facilities reputed company the assigned territory, ensuring projects are completed safely and on time while adhering to budget constraints. This role involves supervising contract employees and reputed company contractors, providing technical assistance, and implementing cost reduction strategies across various operational aspects. The supervisor will also manage a significant portfolio of building, electrical, and mechanical assets, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and effective asset management. Responsibilities ? Supervise and manage the inspection, installation, and maintenance of over $500M in building assets. , ? Supervise and manage the inspection, installation, and maintenance of over $500M in electrical assets. , ? Supervise and manage the inspection, installation, and maintenance of over $500M in mechanical assets. , ? Assist in the preparation and execution of both Capital and Operating Budgets. , ? reputed company with multiple departments regarding compliance, emergency plans, and maintenance. , ?
