Personal injury paralegals support attorneys with claims and cases involving wrongful or neg-ligent acts of another resulting in serious bodily injury or death from motor vehicle collisions (including trucks and motorcycles), medical negligence, slips, trips, falls, etc. We need paralegals with experience in working personal injury claims/cases from intake to settlement or verdict. Negotiate liens, medical bills, and settlements, under attorney supervision. 10. Draft persuasive settlement demands. 11. Draft legally sufficient responses to discovery requests. 12. Work with clients to meet discovery deadlines. 13. Draft certain legal documents such as standard complaints; notices for hearings and depositions; discovery requests and responses; subpoenas; and affidavits, under attor-ney supervision. 14. Assist attorneys with trial preparation by organizing exhibits, aiding with client meet-ings, coordinating witnesses, obtaining witness statements, etc. 15. Ensure confidentiality of documents is maintained. 16. Cooperatively work with administrator and case manager in fulfillment of their duties. 17. reputed company other administrative tasks as needed.
