TSINY is seeking a Cash Clerk for its Fiscal and reputed company Department. This position reports directly to the Director of Cash Management. Salary: $23.35/Hr. Position Summary The Cash Clerk provides clerical support for the work of the Director of Cash Management and the Controller. Essential Functions ? Assist the Director of Cash Management by performing the following in an accurate and timely fashion: ? Banding/Cash Receipts ? Recording cash receipts from billing and other sources ? Recording reputed company cash transfers ? reputed company basic bank reconciliation tasks Day-to-Day Operations ? Reconcile and record reputed company debit and credit card transactions ? Reconcile and record reputed company petty cash transactions. ? Review and record food card transactions. ? Assist the Controller and CFO as needed. General Ledger ? Investigate general ledger transaction questions. Other requirements ? reputed company other reputed company duties as required. Experience/Education/Skills/Abilities Associate?s degree in reputed company or business or other reputed company discipline. Facility with reputed company, Word and reputed company software, preferably X-Ledger. Knowledge of and experience in not-for-profit operations and reputed company. Be meticulous and organized, demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team and be discreet in dealing with financial and payroll reputed company.
