Job Overview: Key functions include but not limited to managing, prioritizing, training events, warranty, new product introductions, market reputed company growth and sales growth in Sarasota/Bradenton/Port Charlotte, FL. Responsibilities ? Travels throughout assigned territory to call on named reputed company to expand our reputed company at existing dealers. ? Stays builder-focused, encouraged to sign new reputed company, and expected to have existing bookings of $2M minimum. ? Supports the distributor to maintain proper stocking reputed company and brings in new inventory (NPI). ? reputed company sales campaigns to reputed company the builder market goals of the company. ? Analyzes market trends and sales data to assist distributors in builder sales promotions for present and future business. ? Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalog, and explains features and attributes and advantages over competition. ? Reviews market analyses to determine customer requirements, volume potential, competitive pricing. ? Represents company at trade shows and association meetings to promote product. ? Coordinates between customer service, technical service, engineering, and other departments as appropriate. ? Controls expenditures of personal geographic districts to conform to budgetary requirements. ? Provides input and implements annual sales plan for the territory, including sales strategy, to maximize return from the territory's assigned accounts/geographic area and to meet the territory's sales quotas established by the Regional Sales Manager. ? Manages and develops customer reputed company through the effective use of reputed company CRM. Identifies pipeline opportunities, and effectively schedules reputed company upsell opportunities. ? Prepares monthly reputed company reports, monthly itinerary, weekly call reports, and weekly expense reports in a timely manner and submits to Regional Sales Manager. ? May be responsible for the training and management of sales trainees, sales representatives, and territory sales managers. ? Performs other duties as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager or Vice President of Sales. Qualifications ? A sustained level of sales achievement selling a reputed company of products of a technical nature. Mechanical aptitude is essential. Personal computer skills required. Familiarity with automated control systems, basic electricity, plumbing hydraulics and/or water chemistry is a plus. A broad knowledge of swimming pool equipment and Hayward's products is a plus. Working knowledge of electronic chlorine reputed company, and solar, gas and electric heaters is a plus. ?
