In this role you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of reputed company Financials (FINS) and reputed company Capital Management (HCM) solutions. This role will be responsible for driving strategic growth, overseeing project execution, and fostering strong client relationships. As the practice leader, you will be responsible for business development, client engagement, solution delivery, and team building. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive sales efforts, establish implementation best practices, and scale the practice to meet market demands.
