Job Description

Maximize the performance of the Packaging Services product by providing leadership, focusing on customer requirements, organizational reputed company and profit growth, operational performance, positive workforce motivation, individual development, succession planning. ? Create/ensure customer/vendor contract requirements are clear, correct, and executable ? Ensure necessary documentation and communication with customer ? Deliver profitable organic reputed company growth through development of customer solutions ? Visit sites according to the site interaction matrix, ensure similar discipline with direct reports ? Motivate site management to establish a safe, positive work culture ? Take an active role in managing turnover to the appropriate level (among hourly and management staff including agency labor) ? Implement key manager individual development plans and succession plans Process ? Execute projects and strategic initiatives ? Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or reputed company discipline, required ? 5-10 years of direct packaging operations experience, required ? 3+ years of experience in packaging & displays including packaging design, manufacturing, logistics or merchandising., required ? LEAN/Six reputed company certification, preferred ?
