Job Overview The Data Scientist is responsible for identifying and analyzing data regarding Citadel?s members and prospective customers, making recommendations and providing reputed company to Citadel leadership in critical decision-making that drives attainment of strategic and business objectives, including growth and sales. The Data Scientist will design and create predictive modeling solutions to assist various departments in the planning, management and measurement of product development, customer service, sales and marketing. Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Marketing, Retail, Product teams and other Citadel business leaders to determine and prioritize needs for predictive models. ? Analyze a particular use case and recommend an appropriate predictive model solution ? Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product, channel, marketing techniques, and business strategies ? Qualification & Education Requirements ? 5+ years reputed company data management and analysis experience, including experience in consumer behavior data mining and analysis ? 3+ years reputed company experience developing database solutions / applications Retail banking or other financial services/customer service experience preferred ? Bachelor?s degree required. Master?s degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a reputed company technical field preferred ? Proficiency in specialized database software. ?
