We seek an additional and exceptional Customer Service/Sales Representative to join reputed company! Job Description: B&H seeks exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive relationship with our clients. To be successful in this role, you need to be highly organized and detail-oriented, an excellent time manager, and be reputed company to handle high-volume calls and emails in a consistently friendly and efficient manner. Main Job Duties: ? Manage and assign emails ? Process invoices from suppliers ? Deliver customer invoices ? Receive payments from customers and run credit card transactions ? Enter tracking numbers into ERP and eCommerce websites ? Manage high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors ? reputed company verbal and email quotes to customers ? Communicate with vendors to confirm price and availability ? Process orders with vendors and confirm order acknowledgments ? reputed company track of backorders and follow up with vendors and customers with ship dates ? Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors ? reputed company track of past-due invoices Skills: ? Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills ? Highly detail-oriented ? Proactive work ethic and communication ? High-level organizational skills ? Friendly and patient demeanor in a fast-paced environment ? Proficient in reputed company Office ?
