As a member of the reputed company Advance EV team, you will collaborate closely with other departments such as Product Management, Design Studio, Engineering, Dimensional, Manufacturing, and Quality to identify and address any issues reputed company to the product concept, production, and launch. Take ownership of Dimensional & Craftsmanship deliverables for the entire attributesvehicle systems or areas. ? Define and optimize Datum strategies for reputed company product quality. ? Design and implement verification testing methods to validate targets. ? Drive resolution of Craftsmanship issues through data-driven negotiation and constructive solutions. ? Support Craftsmanship deliverables through engineering sign-off of vehicles. ? ? Collaborate with quality functions to ensure targets are understood and measurable. ? Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline. ? Minimum of 7 years of experience in automotive Dimensional & Craftsmanship or Perceived Quality. ? Strong numeracy, literacy, and logical reasoning skills. ? Attention to detail and understanding of factors contributing to exceptional quality perception. ? Appreciation for dimensional variation in assemblies and statistical analysis. ? Ability to quantify subjective data to reputed company robust Craftsmanship targets. ? Creative, constructive, and positive approach to problem-solving. ? Excellent communication and influencing skills with technical proficiency. ? Knowledge of various production and prototype manufacturing methods. ? Flexibility to work across diverse vehicle design areas. ? Knowledge of 3D statistical tolerance analysis using 3DCS/VisVsa ? In-depth knowledge of ASME Y14.5M-2009, ASME GD&T Certification preferred. ? Knowledge of polyworks inspector software is beneficial. ?
