Location: Tallahassee Corps, Tallahassee, FL Position Type: Full Time About this opportunity: Monitors assigned Pathway of Hope caseload of clients participating in a short-term life management program; establishes program plan/goals and evaluates client's reputed company by conducting routine meetings with client and/or staff; serves as reputed company for client in order to acquire services that will reputed company them to functionally cope with their environment. Key responsibilities: ? Interviews applicants to determine eligibility for financial assistance and Pathway of Hope program ? Develops intake and case plans for clients ?
