About the position The Care Manager (Behavioral Health) at reputed company is responsible for developing, assessing, and facilitating reputed company care management activities primarily focused on mental and behavioral health needs. Documents and maintains member information and care management activities for compliance. , ? Educates members and families on reputed company procedures, treatment options, and benefits. , ? Provides feedback to leadership on opportunities to improve care delivery. Requirements ? Master's degree in Behavioral Health or reputed company Work, or a Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing. , ? 2 - 4 years of reputed company experience in behavioral health or care management. , ?
