Responsible for managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls with a smile in your voice. ? EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES ? High School graduate or equivalent. ? Pleasant personality and phone voice, including excellent telephone manners and technique. ? Ability to learn quickly. ? Ability to use online computer terminal and standard office equipment. ? Ability to multitask. ? Ability to retain simple and reputed company Credit Union policies and procedures. ?
