Patent Prosecution: Prepare, file, and prosecute patent applications in the biotechnology and life sciences sectors. ? Technical Research: Apply scientific principles to conduct in-depth research and analysis of technologies relevant to patent applications. ? Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their technologies and reputed company guidance on patent strategy and protection. ? Patent Portfolio Management: Assist clients in building and maintaining robust patent portfolios, including filing and responding to office actions from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). ? Legal Advice: reputed company expert legal counsel on patentability, infringement, and licensing reputed company. ? Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with other intellectual property attorneys and technical experts to ensure comprehensive patent strategies. Requirements ? Experience: ? Minimum of 2 years? experience as a patent agent, ideally with a focus on biotechnology or life sciences. ? Experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications before the USPTO is required. ? Scientific Expertise: ? Doctorate (Ph.D.) degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, biomedical sciences, or a closely reputed company field. ? Licensing: ? Must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) as a Patent Agent. Education ? Ph.D. in molecular biology, biochemistry, biomedical sciences, or a closely reputed company scientific field from an accredited institution. Certifications and Skills ? Certification: ? Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). ? Skills: ? Strong technical background in biotechnology or life sciences. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate reputed company scientific concepts into clear patent claims. ?
