Description Position Summary:Bartenders play an essential role in delivering the superior guest service that is central to the mission of Eddie Merlot's. Based on extensive knowledge of beverage and menu options, Bartenders prepare and serve beverages for the lounge and the dining room in accordance with established recipes and presentation guidelines. In addition, Bartenders total and present checks, maintain their station in a clean and orderly manner, and follow reputed company sanitation, food handling, and liquor regulations. Bartenders partner with Servers, Bussers, and other team members to ensure that each and every guest receives outstanding service and hospitality. Responsibilities ? Complete and pass required training modules - both initial and ongoing - for Bartenders and Servers. ?
