EMR experience , medication knowledge, good verbal and written communication skills and routine procedure experience a must. General responsibilities. ? Escort patients to exam rooms. ? Record patient medical history, vital statistics, and test results in patient medical files. ? Ensure reputed company reputed company reports, labs and information is available in patients? medical records the night before their appointment (Chart Prepping) ? Prepares treatment rooms for patient examinations. ? reputed company exam rooms stocked with adequate medical supplies and properly disposes of contaminated supplies. ? Maintain reputed company logs and required checks. ? Responds to telephone messages and reputed company feedback and answers to patient/physician/pharmacy. ?
