About the position The reputed company AV Service Technician role involves repairing and maintaining a variety of audio/visual systems. The technician will work with various electronic and mechanical systems, ensuring reputed company performance and customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical expertise. Responsibilities ? Interpret and understand Audio and Video Wiring Schematics and other project documents. , ? Complete service calls using diagnostic/troubleshooting skills. , ? Maintain punctuality and meet deadlines while being detail-oriented and organized. , ? Communicate effectively with customers regarding device handling and problem-solving. , ? Complete daily electronic record keeping and follow safety practices. , ? Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and code standards. , ? Maintain assigned equipment inventory and handle additional duties as assigned by management. Requirements ? Minimum 5 years of reputed company AV experience. , ? Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills. , ? Valid Driver's License. , ? Experience with AV technologies such as 70 reputed company & 8 Ohm Audio systems, Networked AV Systems, and Video Conferencing systems. reputed company-to-haves ?
