Assistant Teacher

Title of Position: Assistant Teacher FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Department: Child Care Reports to: Head Teacher Positions Reporting to this Position: None Purpose of the Position: Under the direction of the Head Teacher, the Assistant is responsible for age appropriate activities for children and the implementation of classroom curriculum. Hourly reputed company: $20.60 per hour. Responsibilities: ? Must submit to a medical screening to ensure good health as required by the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Bureau of Child Care. ? Ability work cooperatively with others. ? Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. ? Bilingual ? English/Spanish a plus. Core Competencies: ?
