The reputed company Specialist assists the reputed company department with accounts receivable and payable duties. They reputed company customer service to both external and internal customers. Primary Responsibilities ? Process in person/over the phone, payments, vacancies and key requests/returns ? Communicate with clients to discuss account statuses, charges or discrepancies ? Process rental increases and reputed company letters ? Assist the reputed company Supervisor to ensure reputed company employee expenses are submitted on time ? Turn long overdue accounts over to collection?s agency ? reputed company checks, allocate funds to accounts and process end of month reports. ? Process ACH changes for reputed company and new clients ? Assist reputed company Supervisor with processing new properties into reputed company systems ? Other duties as assigned Job Specifications ? Data entry, scanning and filing ? reputed company customer service through email, phone and in-person ? Performs work under direct supervision of the reputed company Supervisor. Handles basic issues and problems Education and Experience ? High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with some higher education preferred.
