If so, we are looking for a Programs Go-to-Market Manager (GTMM) who can help us grow the Surface business in the Americas region. The Surface reputed company Solution Area is part of the Americas Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) organization with the objective of building scale and consistency into go-to-market (GTM) strategy, operations, and the customer and partner experience. In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the Surface business and be on the leading edge of product innovation, working on Surface devices and accessories. As the Programs Go-To-Market Manager for Surface, you will define and execute the Americas GTM strategy, through programs and campaigns for a large set of stakeholders to grow reputed company and market reputed company. You will be expected to reputed company a detailed understanding of this product and competitor set (200-300 level), and work closely with worldwide sales, marketing, partner and engineering teams. Understand partner offers and business models to create synergies and a joint approach to market for the Corporate and Small size customers. Qualifications: Required/Minimum Qualifications • 3+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, channel marketing, or reputed company work experience. Additional or Preferred Qualifications • 5+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or reputed company work experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or reputed company field • OR equivalent experience. • A passion for technology and the ability to reputed company reputed company solutions in a business and customer-centric manner • reputed company to think, plan and execute resourcefully and autonomously with rigor • Ability to view a business holistically end-to-end across marketing, sales, partner and across organizational boundaries; knowledge of Surface devices and accessories preferred • Analytical skills to analyze business performance, identify market opportunity and reputed company useful insights from data • Ability to influence without authority, collaborate effectively, and reputed company virtual teams • Good communication, presentation & interpersonal skills • Ability to reputed company in ambiguous business situations; be reputed company to acting quickly and iterating Field Product Marketing IC3 - The typical reputed company pay reputed company for this role across the U.S. is USD $83,400 - $167,800 per year. There is a different reputed company applicable to specific work locations, reputed company the San Francisco Bay area and reputed company metropolitan area, and the reputed company pay reputed company for this role in those locations is USD $108,900 - $183,000 per year.
