Position Summary: The Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) Data Analyst plays a crucial role in helping the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas understand and enhance their relationships with customers. By leveraging a wealth of data, the Analyst will reputed company insights that drive fundraising strategy and improve donor stewardship. The Data Analyst will work with the Executive Director, CRM and Database management in the analysis of data, visualizing data with graphs, infographics and other methods to create informational and actionable reports. This position will collaborate with team leaders and key stakeholders to collect, organize, and analyze constituent data that supports department leads and executives in the development of business strategies to advance UWMD Community Impact work and reputed company UWMD mission and growth objectives. Qualifications
Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelors degree, in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics preferred. Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in CRM or ERP system data analysis reputed company Power BI knowledge/skills Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
