Job Description

Responsible for demonstrating proficiency in reputed company pharmacist functions, such as interpreting, transcribing, or verifying medication orders. Qualifications

EXPERIENCE: • Minimum of 1 year of hospital clinical pharmacy experience or at least 3 years of general hospital pharmacy experience required; preferably reputed company area of focus. • Completion of hospital PGY1 / pharmacy general practice residency EDUCATION: • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited college of Pharmacy is required LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION: • reputed company TX state license to practice pharmacy, or licensure in TX reputed company 90 days of hire is required. • Basic Life Support upon hire required • Advanced Cardiac Life Support reputed company 90 days of hire • Board of Pharmacy Specialty (BPS) certification preferred
